AI is not artificial intelligence; it is anti-intelligence. More precisely, anti-spiritual intelligence.
Considered exclusively within the realm of pure mental intelligence—though such a thing does not and cannot exist without spirit because all intelligence stems from a foundation of spirit—it merely apes intelligence through various forms of fakery, including plagiarism, parroting, and pirated research.
Seen from this perspective, AI is but a parasite of true intelligence. Its apparent creativity is sham creativity, devoid of all spirit, operating on nothing but soulless algorithms that do not and cannot spiritually reflect or connect to anything it produces.
Yet it is touted and promoted as creative, as something that emerges from the immeasurable and inexplicable depths of spirit and celebrated as a welcome augmentation of or replacement for authentic human creativity, an aspect of true spiritual creativity.
Creativity demands freedom. Only he who is free creates. AI not only lacks any semblance of freedom but purposively seeks to further strip humanity of its freedom, all in the celebrated guise of liberating humanity from the drudging task of creativity! AI does more than encourage humans to be uncreative (unfree); its promulgators demand that humans embrace such un-creativity and unfreedom as another great step forward in the development of man.
Yet true life is creativity, not development. True creativity connects to the spiritual foundation of Creation and cultivates direct knowing. Although creativity may begin in the realm of secondary thinking—symbol, language, ritual—and result in secondary-level-thinking creations, its true “product” resides in the internal (and hence, external) transfiguration of reality, in the kind of direct knowing that activates the spirit and illuminates life. At its peak, creativity is a direct connection to the Divine, the answer to God’s calling.
AI is a direct assault upon all of that. It rips the spirit out of creativity and, thus, obstructs any and all connection to the Divine. Rather than activate, AI renders man passive. It is an enslaving rather than a liberating force that actively seeks to increase the current state of man’s alienation and atomization.
Put simply, AI is a demonic tool par excellence. The motivations and intentions behind it are glaringly evident in its insidious application—the further enslavement of human consciousness into the anti-spiritual state of dead externality and dead object-ness, thereby exacerbating the depression and shallowness of culture.
The AI “revolution” is an anti-human, anti-Christian revolution for the simple reason that it serves to hinder the already immeasurably bleak prospects of spiritual revolution, both individually and collectively.
But go ahead and be "charmed by it". And by all means keep using it. I'm sure there's no harm in it.
